If you have observed a water waste violation in the West Travis County Service Area (WTC) or another LCRA retail utility system, you can report the violation using this online water waste reporting form. LCRA's watering schedule is mandatory from May 1st to September 30th in WTC and is in effect for the other utility systems under stage 2 or higher drought restrictions until lifted. This schedule applies to automatic irrigation systems or hose-end sprinklers, but not hand-held hoses. Please refer to: www.lcra.org/water/save/wtc/ for the correct watering days and hours and to get more details about the watering schedule. Year-round watering violations for all LCRA retail water systems also include broken or misaligned irrigation system heads, and excessive runoff.
